Communal Visioning Meetings

Help create our future as a congregation during this fertile and transitional time.  The Visioning Meeting is a discussion about the resources and future direction for the congregation, in order to create a short term (two to three years) strategic plan and provide a firm foundation for the next search committee. We want to hear from every member of our community – your voice counts.

Our goal for this year is to understand our needs, strengths, and sense of identity in order to plan for our long term future. Rabbi Jane will lead our exploration of three questions:
  • How did your life bring you to this community?
  • What aspects of CJC are most important to you?
  • How do you envision CJC in three years: what will be the same, what will be different?
