Join us with your friends and family for a celebratory concert and fundraiser, which will become an annual event to support CJC’s important programming for all Jewish and Jew-ish residents of coastside San Mateo County. We are celebrating our community’s birthday, which traces its start to a gathering of Jewish residents planning our first Chanukah party back in the 1990s. That gathering led to the founding of CJC.
We hope you will join us in downtown Half Moon Bay to enjoy a great musical performance by Steve Shufton & The ShufTones while helping us kick off a vibrant, lasting tradition. As CJC already holds a vibrant Chanukah party in December, we will have our annual fundraiser in November so that we do not take the focus away from Chanukah during the holiday celebration.
The evening will include food, wine, and cake, plus an exciting silent auction featuring great items like experiences, jewelry, cooking lessons, San Francisco hotel stays, and coin collections. Your participation ensures we can continue to bring the community together for inclusive Jewish events and cultural experiences on the Coastside.
