Read More »CJC’s 2025 Seder was on the second night of Passover (Sunday, April 13) at 5pm in Half Moon Bay.
CJC’s musical ensemble helped lead songs of remembrance and celebration During the seder, we retold the story of our enslaved ancestors who were freed from oppression and who then entered into a covenant of mutuality with the Divine and with one another in community. It took the Israelites forty years; we’re still finding our way. And yet we celebrate the fact that we are free to be on that journey, and free to renew the covenant which includes respect and reverence for all life. The seder was led by Rabbi Moshe and a host of volunteers, making it a joyous, musical, and fully participatory experience.
