On Tuesday, 12/21/21, Coastside Jewish Community’s 30th anniversary was honored with a Proclamation and five certificates of recognition from various governing bodies. Sharon Turner, president of CJC’s Board of Directors, was invited to speak as well. In addition to the Proclamation from the City of HMB, read and signed by Mayor Debbie Ruddock, we were also presented with Certificates of Recognition from:
– the U.S. House of Representatives, California’s 14th District, signed by Congresswoman Jackie Speier,
– the California State Senate, District 13, signed by Senator Josh Becker
– the California Assembly District 22 (the Northern half of the Coastside), signed by Assemblymember Kevin Mullin
– the California Assembly District 24 (the Southern half of the Coastside), signed by Assemblymember Marc Berman
– the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, signed by the Supervisors of all five districts!
