Rugelach Baking Class in Pacifica

Rugelach are crescent-like pastries originating in the Jewish communities of Poland. Today, they are commonly found in cafes and bakeries in Israel, and are also popular among Jews in the Diaspora. But not all rugelach are equal!

On Sunday, August 13 at 1pm, CJC member Harriet Zeiner taught participants the art and science of baking rugelach.
